Calhex Industries manufactures custom designed Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers on a per application basis from specifications supplied by customers. We offer exchangers for a wide variety of services required by the Oil and Gas industry, and petrochemical community. Sweet and sour service units designed and constructed to the latest TEMA, Nace, API and ASME codes. Calhex uses the latest thermal rating software (STX 3.6) and checks all mechanical design aspects prior to offering a quote with quick turnaround time.

Units are designed and priced to exacting specifications as quickly as one day from the time of the request for quote - to no later than four working days depending on the intricacy of the unit.Calhex treats all orders with the same level of importance. Outline drawings, detail drawings, and major material purchase are completed in the intial two weeks after receiving a formal purchase order. A dedicated group of tradesmen and top notch Qualtiy Control department ensure that an order is completed in the time frame quoted to the customer.
